Vinification:

Hand harvested, low temperature storage, aged on lees for 2 months in concrete vats.

Color:

Pale rosé with a slight copper hue.

Nose:

Fresh with floral notes and fruity flavors (strawberry, blackcurrant).

Palate:

A rosé revealing a beautiful aromatic bouquet with a light, crisp and mouth-watering structure.

Temperature:

Serve between 6 and 8°C.
