Fresh and new, the 2021 Red Paria wine is a fruity and exciting wine. It is made 100% out of Grenache and is a very pure red wine, marked by aromas of pepper, rose, red fruits and small black cherry flavors. It is elegant and delicious as well as dynamic and delicate. A fruity wine that is made for sharing with your closed ones! A real success!

Vinification:

Mechanical harvest, fermentation without sulfur only with indigenous yeasts, 3 months maturation in concrete tanks.

Colorful, of good intensity and bright

Nose:

Fresh and peppery with aromas of blooming rose and small black cherries.

Palate:

Stylish and delicious, this wine is juicy, dynamic and a bit crisp. A great pleasure to enjoy in all simplicity and conviviality!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Lamb chops with thyme, beef brochettes, roast duck with honey and coriander, cold cuts and tapas.
