Built around Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by Grenache and Syrah, it offers subtle citrus-tinged flavors with a crisp, lightly textured palate that still delivers satisfying volume. Unadorned and honest, this rosé shines as an apéritif or alongside marinated fish dishes.Vinification:
Grapes are sorted and crushed. Fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel vats, no malolactic fermentation, aged for 2 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.For environmental reasons, this wine is sold without a capsule.
