Wine:

The 2022 Côtes de Provence Note Bio Rosé is a fresh wine, expressly harvested at night to guarantee the grapes' full aromatic potential. The result is a pale rosé, with a very fresh nose and notes of pit fruit and citrus. The delicate, gourmet structure is perfectly balanced, yet sapid and inviting. Ideal as an aperitif or with mixed salads.

Vinification:

Mechanical night-harvesting, direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation, aged on fine lees.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Pale rosé with coppery highlights.

Nose:

Luscious and fresh, with notes of strawberry, stone fruit and citrus.

Palate:

Acidic and invigorating, this rosé is balanced, delicate and has a good consistency.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitifs, mixed salads, cold meats.

Les Maîtres Vignerons de Saint-Tropez is an extremely well-organized union of winegrowers who create incomparably fresh, fruity wines in a unique, unspoilt setting bordered by the Mediterranean. 

For several years now, they have been encouraging and supporting their winegrowers to adopt an organic approach, in order to preserve these vineyards located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park.
