Wine:

Certified organic, the 2021 Vacqueyras has a full and robust palate, punctuated by beautiful notes of ripe fruit accentuated by spices. The delicate yet full-bodied structure has nothing to envy to the beautiful neighbouring wines, allowing you to discover the magical attributes of the Vacqueyras appellation.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. For the Grenache : vinification and maturing for 12 months in small concrete vats. For the Syrah : vinification in concrete tanks, then, after the malolactic fermentation, maturing in oak barrels for 12 months.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Intense red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Rich and expressive with beautiful aromas of ripe black fruits accented by spicy notes

Palate:

Dense et charnue, cette cuvée à la matière veloutée livre un tanin délicat et soyeux, une structure élégante dévoile un jus concentré sur une belle longueur persistante.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.

Roasted pigeon, duck aiguillettes with figs, venison medallion and reduced juice, roasted cauliflower with spices.
