Wine:
With its distinctive style, far from Provençal archetypes, the 2022 Figari Rosé Corse takes full advantage of its identity. It's a broad, invigorating rosé with fatness, texture, fresh citrus fruit, and juicy flavors of white fruit. Its body and great finesse are appreciated. One of Corsica's finest rosés, it's perfect with baked fish or pan-fried prawns.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Traditional vinification, whole grapes pressed. Aged in stainless steel vats for 5 to 6 months.Certified organic wine. (not mentioned on back label).
