Just outside Verona, Stefano Inama’s estate stretches across terraced slopes of Monte Foscarino, rooted in volcanic basalt soils that give birth to wines of striking identity and endless finesse, blending local and international grapes with ease.

Guided by the expertise of the Derenoncourt team and farmed organically, this precious estate is nothing short of a grail for wine lovers.

2022 White Soave DOC Carbonare comes from volcanic soils and opens with a quiet restraint. The nose is marked by bright lemon aromas, joined by white fruit and a faintly smoky touch that gives real character. There is clear minerality, bringing crystalline freshness. On the palate, the wine broadens with supple flesh and generous texture, adding depth and shape. Well-balanced acidity drives the length beautifully, while the finish stays taut with a light saline edge. A true food wine, delicious today yet capable of gaining complexity over the next seven years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.

2023 White Soave DOC Foscarino shines in a pale, brilliant yellow, a discreet reflection of its outstanding volcanic terroir. Beneath its delicate appearance, this fine dining wine gradually reveals a crystalline, finely tuned personality defined by purity and depth. With a touch of aeration, the palate unfolds in a straight, refined line, layered with hints of white pepper and an airy freshness that signal rare elegance. A wine of emotion and artistry, it is captivating right now yet has the structure to evolve gracefully for up to ten years.
