Made from 47 botanicals, the Barrel Cut Gin is crafted in the heart of the Black Forest. Aged in mulberry wood barrels, this dense, delicate gin offers roasted, dried fruit and sweet spice aromas. The fresh, complex palate, with flavors of dried herbs and lightly spiced fruit, stretches to a lingering finish between roundness and woody notes.

Elaboration:

Produced in the heart of Germany's Black Forest. Made from 47 botanicals, all distilled in alembics after macerating for varying lengths of time in neutral alcohol, the distillates are blended and the gin is aged in barrels of mulberry wood, hand-crafted in Germany's southwestern Palatinate region.
