The 2023 Alsace Ribeauvillé White captures Riesling in its most mineral-driven form. It opens with striking purity—no smoky notes or overripe character, but instead delicate floral nuances and fresh white fruit aromas. On the palate, it’s both dense and finely etched, with natural acidity bringing impeccable balance and a vibrant sense of freshness. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Gentle, slow pressing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months on lees.

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Very pure with floral aromas, notes of white fruit and a mineral accent.

Palate:

A dense, finely-grained structure balanced by moderate acidity and lively freshness.

Temperature:

Serve at 10 to 12°C.
