The 2023 Alsace Ribeauvillé White captures Riesling in its most mineral-driven form. It opens with striking purity—no smoky notes or overripe character, but instead delicate floral nuances and fresh white fruit aromas. On the palate, it’s both dense and finely etched, with natural acidity bringing impeccable balance and a vibrant sense of freshness. A truly outstanding white wine, already a joy to drink but with the potential to age gracefully for 5 years or more. A Selection Committee Favourite, rated 93/100.Vinification:
