Wine:

With its impeccable balance and magical elegance, the 2021 Red Clos Fourtet Saint-Émilion Grand Cru embodies the freshness of the vintage, enhanced by refined sophistication and a thrilling limestone character. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Fermentation in whole grapes, without crushing, in small temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 22 to 30 days, with manual punching of the cap. Malolactic fermentation in vats, amphorae and barrels. Aged for 14 to 18 months, 50% in new barrels, 48% in 2-wine barrels and 2% in amphorae.
