Wine:

The 2019 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Red immediately captivates with its vibrant aromatic intensity, bursting with bright, expressive fruit flavours. It offers a fleshy, dense texture wrapped in an elegant yet full-bodied structure, all lifted by remarkable freshness. Vinification:

Hand harvested, destemmed and sorted grapes. Vinification in 10 to 30hl wooden vats by gravity. A vat is allocated for each plot and grape variety. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 14 to 16 months in barrels on lees.

Lovely flavours of ripe red fruits.

Palate:

A fruity wine, elegant and racy, with remarkable freshness. Well-balanced, with smooth, creamy tannins and perfectly integrated ageing.
