From a limestone-rich vineyard planted in 1964, the 2022 Red Clos de la Roche Grand Cru is a brilliantly pure Pinot Noir, where oak aging adds depth and finesse without overshadowing the wine’s freshness and precision. Its fresh, delicate fruit aromas are seamlessly woven into a dense yet finely sculpted texture. Simply exquisite! Rated 98/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested. 0.60 ha of vines planted in 1964 facing south east, limestone soil with lots of rock and large boulders. Cold pre-fermentation maceration and vatting for a fortnight. Aged in barrels for 14 to 16 months, of which 40 to 50% are new.
