Wine:

Of great definition, the 2020 Red Vosne-Romanée gives off beautiful notes of ripe fruit, morello cherry and raspberry. The precision of the maturation, with a third of new barrels, offers toasted flavors of wood that are already smoothing over. The palate is remarkable, velvety and rich, with silky tannins. Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification in thermo-regulated conical oak vats, aged for 14 to 16 months in oak barrels of which 35% are new.

Bright red of good intensity.

Nose:

Bouquet of red fruits such as raspberry and morello cherry, of good maturity.

Palate:

Rich and velvety , this wine delivers has a powerful palate and silky tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Sweetbread simple juice with black truffle, farm poultry roasted on the spit, beef cheek with pinot noir.
