Wine:

On the edge of the Côte de Beaune, the 2019 Aloxe-Corton red is in line with a very refined pinot noir style. Its red currant, blackberry and red fruit flavors, its supple and delicate body, and its tannic presence form a beautiful, long and persistent, well-opened, and very promising wine. It is a skillful reading of a great pinot noir from this sector of Beaune. Enjoy it now with a rabbit in gibelotte or a leg of lamb.
