Wine:

Rated 93/100 by the Committee, the 2017 white Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Le Charmois develops a beautiful maturity of chardonnay, between floral touches, white peach, and a slightly present woody taste but which preserves the freshness of the whole. The palate offers the richness of the vintage, on tones of licorice and caramel, around a full juice on a chalky mineral background. This is a perfectly accomplished wine, to be enjoyed now and for another five years.
