Wine:

Buoyed by a fresh vintage, the 2021 red Beaune 1er Cru Les Teurons displays an exhilarating juice with tension and uprightness. This spirited Pinot Noir is assured of a refined concentration from the October harvest, which will appeal to its classic, eminently Burgundian register. Balance is the watchword between floral and red fruit notes, elegance, and temperance.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged in new oak barrels, one wine and two wines. 1475 bottles produced.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Roast Bresse poultry, roast veal with sage, aged Saint-Nectaire cheese.
