Wine:

From gently sloping limestone soil, the 2021 red Beaune 1er Cru Les Cents Vignes combines the smoothness and roundness of Beaune with the power of great aging wines. For despite the freshness of the vintage, this wine offers richness and depth that in no way precludes a long life!

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged in new oak barrels, one wine and two wines. 584 bottles produced.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Paupiette de veau aux girolles, bavette à l'échalote, poulet de Bresse rôti à l'estragon, Saint-Nectaire affiné.
