Wine:
The 2023 White Bourgogne Jeunes Vignes et Derniers Jus brings together the final pressings of all the estate’s wines, naturally the least acidic. It opens with aromas of white fruit, beeswax, stewed apple and a hint of sourdough, carried by a dense, rich texture. The style is more opulent, more indulgent and above all more approachable, a perfect showcase of the Maison’s talent.Vinification:
Hand harvested grapes, 50% from a young vineyard in Pierreclos and 50% from pressed grapes from appellations in Burgundy, aged and fermented in cement wine.
