Wine:

Striking a perfect balance between depth and finesse, the 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin Red delivers a wine of remarkable intensity, with beautifully ripe fruit and expertly judged oak aging that adds subtle complexity without overshadowing the wine. Its generous, fleshy texture is carried by silky, well-integrated tannins, while a vibrant freshness runs through the palate, hinting at excellent aging potential. This is one of the estate’s finest village-level expressions to date—elegant, structured, and full of charm. Vinification:

Hand harvested. 100% destemmed. Fermentation for 17 days. Aged for 16 months, including 5 months in vats and 11 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
Vines aged between 20 and 70 years old, on 3.18 hectares of clay-limestone soil.
