With a dominant of pinot noir, backed by 40% of reserve wines, the Champagne Grand Cru Terre d'Étoiles Grande Réserve is a subtle and powerful champagne. Its notes of red fruits, its pastry touch, its finish with accents of plum and quince make it irresistible. A very fresh and energetic champagne perfect to pair with an aperitif. It is one of the most attractive price-pleasure ratios of the moment, we just love it!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, main base of the 2017 harvest, 40% reserve wines, alcoholic fermentation in enamel and stainless steel tanks, aging in bottles on lees for 3 years.
Sugar content at disgorgement: 7.9 g/l.

Aromas of red fruits mixed with subtle pastry notes.

Palate:

With a fine and regular bubble, perfect as an aperitif, this wine will seduce you with its freshness and persistence

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
