Vinification:

Hand harvested. Clay-limestone and schist terroir. Slow pressing of whole grapes, no settling, indigenous yeasts. Aged for 11 months in casks. No filtration or fining.

Certified organic and biodynamic by Biodyvin.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.

Since 1997, Muriel and Stéphane Giudicelli have farmed this small 11-hectare vineyard biodynamically, nestled in the Poggio d'Oletta terroirs near Saint-Florent. Their approach favors precision and purity, with wines aged in large oak vessels made by renowned Austrian cooper Stockinger.

These wines speak with finesse and elegance, always marked by a distinctive personality and remarkable ageing potential.
