Elaboration:

Non-peated. Triple Malt is a blend of three exceptional non-peated single malts from France (Nord, Alsace, Charente), aged for 3 to 8 years in French oak barrels in each of the three selected French distilleries, then blended and aged for a further 12 months in new fine-grained French oak barrels, heated by us using an original method in the Bellevoye cellar in Charente.

Color:

Clear and amber.

Nose:

Very elegant, persistent, with notes of new leather and cereals enhanced by aromas of dried flowers, honey, sweet spices and vanilla.

Palate:

The malty character is restrained, with discreet fruity, peach and dried apricot notes, the wood spices exhale roasted aromas, followed by a beautiful structure on the palate, powerful, creamy, and a remarkable length.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Glencairn whisky glass.

Food and wine pairing:

As an aperitif or traditionally as a digestive, pure and accompanied by a still, neutral and fresh spring water.
