Wine:

Solaia is the jewel of the Antinori family, a flagship of the global vineyard. This 10-hectare estate, situated at 400 meters altitude, rests on a very specific limestone foundation. The first vintage, produced in 1978, paved the way for the "Super Tuscans." Made only in the best years, the 2019 red IGT Toscana Solaia is among the greatest Italian wines and competes for the title of the best wine in the world. Its production adheres to the rigorous standards of grand cru classé wines, with meticulous attention to detail from harvest to aging in new French oak barrels. The result is extraordinary: a complex aromatic profile featuring dark fruits, floral notes, spices, and tobacco, all supported by a majestic structure driven by its unique terroir. Generous and remarkably smooth, it expresses its pedigree, bringing its limestone foundation to life like never before. The quintessence of Tuscany, with an inimitable originality, capable of dazzling connoisseurs and captivating newcomers with equal emotion. A true masterpiece! Rated 97/100 by Parker.
