Wine:

Without denying its solar identity, the 2022 white Corbières Cuvée Prestige retains its fresh, juicy and concentrated structure, with notes of yellow fruit, apricot and vine peach, as well as exotic fruit. Without excess, it unfurls an ample, rich, full-bodied structure; it's a full-bodied white that has managed to aging a beautiful final minerality. Rated 91/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Prefermentary maceration for 36 hours. Sulfur-free vinification with indigenous yeasts. Aged 100% in demi-muids (600L) and 225L oak barrels.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Very ripe and sunny, with aromas of apricot, vine peach and exotic fruit.

Palate:

A full, rich juice with good substance and moderate acidity, a concentrated structure and a palate finish focused on minerality.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Poached egg with asparagus mousseline, marinated prawns, grilled poultry.
