The estate's flagship, the 2020 red Pic Saint-Loup Simon is made from a blend of Grenache and Syrah with a touch of Mourvèdre, on a mid-slope clay-limestone terroir. It's a beautifully dense wine, with an intense, racy tannic structure and definite aging potential. A flagship wine in Pic Saint-Loup, beautifully evocative of bramble, wild pepper and sweet spices.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Vines planted on former olive groves. Aged 22 to 24 months in 600-liter demi-muids and foudres.Certified organic wine.
