Wine:

With over 80% Syrah, the 2018 red Puech Noble wine demonstrates the relevance of this grape variety in Languedoc's warm-climate soils, with the finesse and depth of its fresh terroir. Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional vinification, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and long maceration, aged in barrels (15% new).

A star of the Northern Rhône Valley, known for his Côtes-Rôties, René Rostaing set foot in the Languedoc in the late 90s, at Domaine Puech Noble, 15 km from Nîmes.
