Vinification:

Traditional vinification, grape variety by grape variety, indigenous yeasts and long macerations, aged 24 months in barrels, bottled unfiltered.

Color:

Deep garnet.

Nose:

Floral, spicy and smoky aromas.

Palate:

Dense and complex, with exquisite notes of tapenade, garrigue and black fruit. Framed by long ageing, this cuvée offers magnificent harmony and mellowness, flesh of great flavor and volume, with silky tannins.
