The 2021 red Terrasses du Larzac Saint-Jean brings together 5 grape varieties (Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre) in a beautiful and fruity elegance. Perfectly Mediterranean in spirit and fully mature, it offers the freshness of altitude of these terroirs and a smooth and nuanced body. It will be perfect this summer and throughout the winter with grilled or simmered meats.
