Wine:

From a sun-drenched plot of Kimmeridgian marl, the 2023 Menetou-Salon Vignes de Ratier White captures the delicate nuances of Sauvignon Blanc with remarkable finesse. Floral notes intertwine with white-fleshed fruit and citrus, all wrapped in a precise, mineral-driven frame. Accents of white pepper add complexity to this beautifully focused wine, which is equally suited to cellaring or enjoying now with seafood or cheese.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vines aged 30 years on average, fermentation in wooden vats, barrels and stainless steel vats, aged on lees in casks, mainly in barrels and in stainless steel vats.

The flavours of white-fleshed fruit with peppery notes and a mineral touch.
