Wine:

The 2023 Sancerre Le Tournebride White stands out for its perfectly ripe fruit and the vibrant, textured weight it brings to the palate. This is a beautifully honest, no-frills Sancerre—clean, precise, and full of energy, lifted by bright notes of lemon and grapefruit. It’s a blend of the estate’s three key terroirs: flint, caillottes (limestone pebbles), and clay-limestone soils.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, clay-limestone terroir, flint and caillottes, temperature-controlled fermentation in wooden vats (50%) and stainless steel vats (50%). Aged for 15 months in vats.

Certified biodynamic wine.

Color:

Clear gold with beautiful intensity.

Nose:

A beautiful aromatic freshness with notes of lemon and grapefruit.

Palate:

Precise and mature, this wine reveals a balanced, dynamic and lively profile with beautiful acidity.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

As an aperitif, with Asian cuisine, seafood, fresh and mature goat's cheeses.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028

A true master of Sancerre’s finest whites and awarded 2 stars by the French wine guide RVF, Domaine Vincent Gaudry brings back the pure, timeless soul of Sauvignon Blanc.

Working biodynamically, his wines express a raw authenticity—free from technical artifice. What emerges is a precise, deeply personal vision of Sancerre, unlike anything else in the region.

The emotional impact is profound. Tasted at a salon this past January, the wines left a lasting impression on Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World and member of our Selection Committee.
