The 2022 White Pouilly-Fumé La Belle Endormie shines with refined notes of anise and dill, seamlessly integrated into a broad, impeccably balanced structure. Aged with precision in wooden vats and barrels, it offers depth and complexity without excess, preserving its pure, saline-driven elegance. Rated 93/100 by the French wine guide RVF. Vinification:

Hand harvested, long pressing, cold static settling, aged for 12 months in truncated wooden vats, demi-muids and cigars.

The estate is run using organic farming methods, but is not certified.

Pale yellow, luminous, with silvery reflections.
