From schist-rich soils, the 2024 Côtes de Provence Romane Rosé delights with delicate notes of citrus and wild strawberry. It’s a crisp, well-balanced rosé—both supple and deliciously fresh. Elegant and light on its feet, this is an ideal apéritif wine, perfectly suited to lighter, summery fare.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Maceration followed by pressing in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in vats. Filtered before bottling.

Bright pale pink with slightly coppery highlights.

Aromas of wild strawberries and citrus zest.

The texture is taut and balanced with a supple, rich attack and a light finish.

The estate’s 35 hectares of vines are organically farmed, reflecting a deep respect for the land and a commitment to authenticity.
