Mechanical harvesting, selection of grapes, wine from the trade, maturing for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

Very light salmon, shiny with silver reflections.

Nose:

With a delicate and refined character due to its fine red fruit aromas, this classic rosé from the Mediterranean region is fresh and pure.

Palate:

Fresh with a nice tension marked by tart raspberry flavors in a modern style that will appeal to fans of crisp, hyper accessible rosés. It is a very nice rosé for aperitif or to start a meal.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
