Driven by 90% Tibouren, it opens with aromas of blood orange and spice over a delicate floral backdrop. On the palate, it’s strikingly flavorful and mouthwatering, with impressive volume and a subtle touch of sweet spice—hinting at turmeric. A truly distinctive rosé with exceptional aging potential.Vinification:
Hand harvested grapes from 40-year-old plots in Tibouren, direct pressing, cold settling in stainless steel vats, then vinification and ageing in 300-litre barrels for 8 to 10 months.Color:
