A blend of Grenache and Bourboulenc, the 2021 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape L'Intimiste offers itself with finesse, purity and balance. Notes of fennel, aniseed, and mint make up a superb nose that is both crisp and precise, with a lot of freshness. The palate is lively, incisive and delicate, testifying to a perfect maturity of the harvest. A great refined white wine, refined and crystalline, to be aged for another eight to ten years. Hand harvested, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. Vinification in stainless steel tanks and low temperature barrels. Maturation for 6 months, 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in demi-muids.Color:
