Wine:

Built around a generous 80% Grenache, the 2021 Gigondas La Cuvée Tradition Red offers up a juicy, refined expression with aromas of black fruit, sugared strawberries, peony, and delicate spice. It’s graceful and finely detailed from the first sip—showcasing freshness, finesse, and a subtle, almost infused character. Silky tannins and a savoury, mouthwatering finish round out this beautifully balanced, ready-to-drink wine. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vatting with the stems for 4 weeks. Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Aged in demi-muids and casks for 18 months. From now until 2027.

Bright ruby red.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of red fruit, potpourri, and peony.

Palate:

A precise and elegant palate with a graceful and velvety texture, an infusion offering harmonious balance thanks to the Grenache.

Temperature:

Serve at 14–16°C.
