Wine:The 2022 white Côtes-du-Rhône Réserve is a fruity little gem, with a very intense nose and aromas of apricot and vine peach. The full, supple structure is very charming, with excellent persistence, inviting you to sit down at the table or enjoy it as an aperitif. A fine southern identity, to be drunk within 2 years.
Vinification:Hand harvested early in the morning to take advantage of the cool night air. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.
Color:Pale yellow with green highlights, brilliant.
Nose:Intensely fragrant with aromas of apricot and vine peach.
Palate:This white Côtes du Rhône delivers a full, supple structure with lovely aromatic persistence on a fresh, sunny finish.
Temperature:Serve between 10 and 12°C.
Food and wine pairing:Aperitif, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled fish, octopus salad, chicken skewer with preserved lemon.
