Wine:The 2021 Red Saint-Joseph Rue des Poissonniers, Paris XVIIIe is the epitome of delightful and juicy Syrah, expressing itself in a spicy and fruity spectrum. With a nose of violet, pepper, and dark fruits, and a savory, balanced palate, it's a delightful wine that's very approachable. It would pair perfectly with a beef hanger steak with shallots or an osso buco.
Vinification:Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 225 and 500 liter barrels, of which 10% is new wood.
