Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified and aged for 8 to 10 months in ovoid concrete vats.

Vines in conversion to Organic Agriculture by Ecocert.

Color:

Dark red, intense and brilliant.

Nose:

Beautiful red fruit mixed with delicate spicy notes.

Palate:

Both delicate and elegant, this wine is full of energy and freshness, releasing a concentrated, complex juice with a juicy, full-bodied structure.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Smoked duck breast, Provence herb grills, lamb chops with thyme, game pie.
