Wine:

Crafted from a blend of the coolest terroirs and grape varieties, partly fermented and aged on fine lees in barrels, the 2024 Châteauneuf-du-Pape White offers a deliciously floral expression with a subtle touch of oak that perfectly integrates into the whole. The palate is silky and saline, marked by a crystalline purity and lifted by delicate mineral bitterness, resulting in a dynamic and highly precise wine. Vinification:

Hand harvested in 25kg crates. Pressing of the berries after a short skin maceration. Aged in new barrels, one-wine barrels and casks for 10 months.

Color:

Light yellow with bright golden highlights.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of white flowers, peach and citrus with a delicate hint of brioche.

Palate:

A fine, smooth texture with delicate mineral bitterness and a fresh, dynamic finish.

Temperature:

Serve at 10 to 12°C.
