Wine:

100% Marsanne from Les Murets, the 2020 white Ermitage De L'Orée is an exemplary white wine, with aromas of summer fruits, peach, melon and apricot, with a hint of pebbles and smoke. Rich and expressive, with a very elegant palate and skilfully elevated body, it has vibrant, balanced juice and a long, savory, bitter finish. Rated 95/100 by Parker.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, 50% of the wine is vinified in demi-muids, with regular stirring of the lees, then in vats for the rest of the harvest.
Aged on lees for 6 months and then 4 more months before bottling.

Organic and Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Summer scents of peach, melon and apricot.

Palate:

Tasty and well-balanced, this wine with an elegant profile releases a juice with a rich and expressive finish

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Sweetbreads with cream sauce, roast poultry with truffles, Breton lobster casserole, filet of sole à la Normande.
