Vinified and aged only in vats, the 2020 Red Crozes-Hermitage Petite Ruche is a beautiful, supple and fragrant Syrah with notes of red fruit, blackcurrant and raspberry. Fresh and refined, it glides delicately through a dynamic and well-proportioned palate. To be enjoyed now, slightly chilled, with pork chops.Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinification in cement vats with 2 pumping overs per day for 3 to 4 weeks after alcoholic fermentation, aged in vats, bottled the following fall.Color:
