Wine:

Vinified and aged only in vats, the 2020 Red Crozes-Hermitage Petite Ruche is a beautiful, supple and fragrant Syrah with notes of red fruit, blackcurrant and raspberry. Fresh and refined, it glides delicately through a dynamic and well-proportioned palate. To be enjoyed now, slightly chilled, with pork chops.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification in cement vats with 2 pumping overs per day for 3 to 4 weeks after alcoholic fermentation, aged in vats, bottled the following fall.

Color:

Red of beautiful intensity with purplish reflections.

Nose:

Aromas of small red fruits, raspberries and blackcurrants.

Palate:

Fresh and delicate with abundant flavord of fruit, enjoy this delicate and refined wine with a classy character and beautiful proportion.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Platter of cold cuts and tapas to share, simmered meat, roast chicken, entrecote maître d'hôtel, Saint Félicien.
