Wine:

A blend of Syrah (50%), Grenache, and Mourvèdre, the 2022 Vieilles Vignes Red IGP Côtes Catalanes is a wine of remarkable purity, led by floral aromas—especially peony—alongside subtle smoky and spicy notes. With its vibrant freshness and incredibly refined, pulpy texture, it flows across the palate with graceful elegance. Silky, powdery tannins and a moderate alcohol level make this wine both deeply expressive and wonderfully drinkable. It has substance, charm, and structure—promising excellent ageing potential. An undeniable favorite. Rated 95/100 by the French wine guide RVF.
