Wine:
At nearly 1,000 meters of altitude on Jumilla’s limestone soils, Monastrell here reaches a remarkable purity of expression. From 70-year-old pre-phylloxera vines and aged in large foudres, the 2024 Red El Tiempo que nos une impresses with its intensity, freshness, and natural elegance. The nose reveals a beautiful array of black and red fruit aromas lifted by bay leaf, thyme, and sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is silky, the fine-grained tannins bring both structure and delicacy, and the lively limestone backbone carries the finish with brightness and length.
