Bodega Borsao - Campo de Borja DO - Rouge - 2022

Wine:

Another success story. The 2022 red Campo de Borja combines grenache, tempranillo and cabernet-sauvignon with balance and suavity, around intense aromas of ripe fruit mixed with a delicate floral touch. Elegant tannins, a supple, fresh structure and a lingering finish make for an absolutely irresistible ensemble, where Grenache is king. How can you resist?

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with continuous temperature control between 22 and 25°C.

Color:

Intense, brilliant ruby red.

Nose:

Fresh and expressive, with lovely aromas of ripe black fruit.

Palate:

Rich and concentrated, the palate is enveloped by a delicate juice, with subtle notes of red and black fruits mixed with spicy touches to underline a long, pleasant finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Beef empanadas, pork sauté with eggplant, Veronese beef tartare, lamb tagine with olives.
