Wine:
The 2018 Red Cahors Le Cèdre is a dense, compact wine with perfect aging potential. Powerful and intense, it conforms to the classic style of the appellation, with an additional sapid and digestible character, and a crisp touch and spicy tannins. A very nice bottle of character and great aging potential, to be enjoyed with simmered red meat or roast beef in a crust.Vinification:
Hand harvested, destemmed and crushed, extraction by pigeage, malolactic fermentation and aging of 24 months 50% in new barrels, 50% in barrels of 1 wine.Certified organic wine.

Concentrated aromas of black fruits mixed with woody and spicy notes.Palate:
