Wine:

A blend of equal parts petit and gros manseng from south-facing plots, the 2018 White Sweet Jurançon is a model of balance and precision, a sweet and delicious wine! Hand-harvested, pressed as whole grapes, and aged on fine lees for a year, it delivers a pure, crisp and digestible palate, a marvel of smooth flavors of citrus and exotic fruits. A pure delight to be savored with a marbled pastry as a priority or a citrus salad.

Vinification:

Hand harvested by sorting from mid-October to November. Vines aged from 10 to 35 years for the Petit Manseng and from 5 to 40 years for the Grand Manseng. Places : Caubeigt, Les Terrasses.
Very slow pressing in whole bunches. Light settling. Indigenous yeasts. Aged on fine lees for 12 months, 80% in vats and 20% in various wooden containers. Residual sugar : 65 g/l.

Beautiful complexity, freshness and purity, notes of citrus and exotic fruits.

Palate:
