Exclusively aged in Sherry casks, the 2003 Single Cask 17Yo 2nd Fill Sherry Butt Single Malt Scotch Whisky draws its strength from a single cask bottling. Very complex, totally unique, it sweeps the nose with notes of gingerbread and marzipan, followed by a touch of orange milk chocolate. The palate releases complex flavors of marmalade, plum jam, and sweet red apple, exploding in a long and bewitching finish. An absolutely unique whisky reserved for our members!

Elaboration:

Malt crushed at the Aberlour Mill, brewed with spring water and then distilled in a still. Aged in sherry casks, bottled from a single cask.

Color:

Bright gold with amber highlights.

Nose:

Gingerbread and marzipan flavors with a touch of orange milk chocolate.

Palate:

Complex with aromas of marmalade and plum and red apple jam, the palate finish is long and sweet.

Temperature:

Serve dry or over ice in a Glencairn whisky glass.
