Unprecedentedly delicate, this 2022 red IGP Côtes Catalanes Carignan 1903 offers remarkable sap and great depth drawn from its century-old vines. Juicy cherry aromas explode in their primary expression, revealing all the obviousness of the wine; a great, restrained red, a reflection of its schist terroir, free of ego and emphasis, with remarkable consistency and precision. Built for long ageing.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, aged in concrete vats and 500-litre barrels for 16 months.Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
