Wine:

A blend of vermentino, chardonnay, and roussanne, the 2022 IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert Val de Montferrand Le Blanc is a fresh and floral wine, characterized by its flavorful aroma and ripe fruit. Fermented in barrels and aged on fine lees, it presents a vibrant, taut, and invigorating structure, appreciated for its crispness. A delightful white wine, perfect with seafood, raw fish, or cheeses. Guaranteed to delight!

Vinification:

Selective sorting at harvest, de-stemming and crushing. Fermentation in barrels and ageing for 6 months on fine lees with stirring.

Color:

Light gold.

Nose:

Fresh and very Mediterranean, with lime-leaf fragrances and fruity, floral notes.

Palate:

With its lively, invigorating, taut structure, this cuvée is crisp and instantly mouth-watering, with a delicate finish and lovely bitters.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
